30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original gift box with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email us at andrzejnarkowski11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
We'll send you a return address. Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different piece, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
